Hi Tina, I just wanted to say that I must admit I was hesitant when I purchased the 1.76 lenses from you as I had never heard of them before. But being a +12.00 prescription I thought I would give them a go as I get charged more than double the price by my optician for just the normal lenses. I can honestly say I have never had my lenses so thin! I want the world to know how happy I am. a big THANK YOU for catering for people like me - I thought I would be tied to opticians prices forever. Best wishes,

Just wanted to say that I received my order from you today - despite the Royal Mail delivering it to the wrong address at the other end of my long road! However, I would like to say how delighted and happy I am on the quality of the frame and the great job you did on the lenses. I can see perfectly now! The price was much more competitive than the high street shops. I will definitely recommend your service to friends and family. I had wonderful help from your lady on the phone as I filled in your online numbers for the lenses (I was so worried about not putting the right numbers!). The only negative comment I have to make is having to dial your 0845 number. If it was a geographical dialing code, I would not have to pay for the call! Thanks once again, Mrs H from Surrey

Then, when there was a problem with the lenses, your enquiry desk was helpful and upgraded to higher quality lenses at no extra cost. Hi Neil, Glasses arrived today, very impressed with the thinness of the lenses, you were quite right they are quite alot thinner than the 1.74 index lenses I normally get from my opticians, and for LESS money! Thanks for all the advice with the frame choice and the reassurance that the 1.76 is a genuine lens (I know that sounds daft but the opticians had never heard of it!!). Just to say thank you for your excellent service and product. I have spent year paying for the 'Best' varifocals on the market, and normally spend around £700. Your bespoke varifocal is every bit as good as my usual lenses but at a fraction of the cost. I will be back next month for my spare pair to be reglazed. Best Regards, Thomas.

Hi both, I wanted to express my sincere thanks for the advice and help you gave me in selecting the best lenses for my prescription and taking the time to go through the plus points and bad points. I have worn 1.8 glass varifocals for a few years now and had obviously adjusted to their weight as I had no alternative if I wanted thinner lenses on my prescription. Having now tried your 1.76 plastic, I would certainly NEVER go back to the glass lenses. The difference in weight is significant, and they are just as thin as my old 1.8 lenses. I would never have tried these had it not been for your help. I am forever grateful to you. Regards, Gordon

Wow wow wow! A big thank you, especially to Neil for his help. I am soo thrilled with my bespoke varifocals and am amazed with the difference to my sight. I can now read the small print on the bottom of letters, food packages etc!! I know you told me they were 'back surfaced' (?) and therefore better but I was still very pleasantly surprised by how much more clearly I could see. Many thanks to your team and for being so easy to talk to on the phone.

Hi, my glasses arrived safely, although the Easter hols held them up, I was impressed with how quickly they were despatched to me. I also wanted to say that I am delighted with them, and have been spreading the word. My daughter-in-law is related to one of the opticians at specsavers, and she herself worked for a number of years with an optician and the consultant at a local hospital eye clinic, and she too was impressed, so good news all round, especially since some people were a bit sceptical when I said I had arranged my lenses on line.
So well done to everyone and my sincere thanks for the help and support too, should I need to, in the future, I would use you again, everyone that I have told about your service has been impressed.
