Try at Home Service

Would you like to try on your favourite frames in the comfort of your own home? We will send you up to 4 pairs of frames to try on, all for just £4.95 including return postage and packaging.

Glasses Frames and Lenses - Your mark of quality.

If you would feel more assured by trying on the glasses you're interested in to make sure they fit or suit you, then the Try At Home service is for you. Here's how it works:

• You place your order for up to four different pairs of glasses, and select the Try At Home option during checkout.
• You enter your card payment details and we pre-authorise your card, but no payment is taken at this time.
  
• We immediately send you a sample of your selected glasses with plano lenses and you try them out.
• You then send the glasses back to us within 7 days using the prepaid, self-addressed envelope provided, stating which glasses (if any) you would like to purchase.
• We then amend your order accordingly and process your card payment.
• Your glasses order is sent to our optical laboratory and then despatched to you using the delivery service you selected with your original order.
• If you decide not to purchase any of the glasses we simply charge your card for the Try At Home service (£4.95) and cancel your order.

How do I select the Try At Home service?

1. Choose a pair of glasses, configure your lens options, enter your prescription and add them to your basket.
2. If you'd also like to try an alternate pair of glasses, repeat step one.
   
3. Click the Checkout button and enter your delivery name and address.
4. When you proceed to the next page, you will see a summary of your basket.  Here you can select which delivery method you would like if you decide to go ahead and purchase any of the frames.  In addition, you will also see a checkbox labelled Try At Home.  Simply tick this checkbox to select the Try At Home service, and continue with the checkout process as instructed on screen. You will be asked to enter your card payment details and we will pre-authorise your card, but no payment is taken at this time.

Note: if the Try At Home checkbox is not shown during checkout, this will be because you have added more than 4 different frames to your basket. Simply remove the extra frames from your basket.

Please ensure that your frame samples are returned to us within 7 days of receiving them.  If they are not returned to us we will charge your card with the full order total as shown when you checkout.
