Most queries can be answered quickly using our FAQs page. However, if you can't find the information you need, please either phone us on 0845 680 9785 or e-mail us with details of your query together with a daytime telephone number where we can contact you during working hours Monday-Friday. We will aim to answer your e-mail within 1 hour of receipt Monday to Friday 8.30 to 17.00, and at weekends by the end of the same day it is received.
Please please please check the FAQs page before contacting us for help. We get a lot of enquiries from people asking questions that are already answered there, and this makes it much harder for us to deal with all enquiries quickly and efficiently.
