You really need not worry when purchasing from us, here’s why:

Point 1:

In the unlikely event that you do not like your fantastic glasses we will exchange them for you for a more suitable pair. It may be that they did not fit you as expected, the colour was not right for you or you are not happy for any other reason, don’t worry we will sort it out until we make you happy again, that is our GFL promise!

Please follow the steps below and we will have you smiling again in a jiffy!

  1. Please let us know by email within 7 days of receipt that you would like to return your glasses in exchange for a replacement frame*

  2. Please enclose details of your order confirmation number along with details of the frame & colour that you would like to have as the replacement. We will phone you if your new frame is more expensive for the difference only between the prices.

  3. Ensure that the frame is returned unworn in it’s original condition along with our GFL quality case and lens cloth that we included with the purchase.

  4. As we cannot be held responsible for frames lost in the post, please ensure all returns are sent ‘recorded/signed for’.

Point 2:

All lenses come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty against defects as standard

Point 3:

All frames come with a 1 year manufacturing warranty as standard
